POET.MARIA TERESA LIUZZO
Poem-1
The night is dancing in your pupils
On our entwined bodies
To the whiteness of a lost breathÂ
in the heartÂ
that breathes the ellera of a dream,Â
where the unconsciousnessÂ
is embellished with the limit
behind leaving
sunrises and sand worlds
getting bood of moths
The Colour of your eyes
Dresses the loneliness of the hour
And the wisdom of the bodies
Unravels.
Shadows of a never dissolved desire
Graffiti of memory on the lips
Moaning in the sheetsÂ
of mirrored geometries
2.
Interweawing of flowery skies
Iâd give if your heart could listen
Iâd springle roses on your faceÂ
For love.
Iâd fill your mouth with rivers
If only could I dare to soften
The brances and nests
Still with the songs of the water
If could I wear the snow
Iâd dress your shadows in blue.
 A Sewing the flaps
A gushing of water
That the wind knots
A childâs step
 3.
Pulsating Gums
Where time is our enemy
And the butterfly restsÂ
among buds that
 are not open
abandon blindsÂ
beetle of light
you-I , the sea and the time
now that youâre on the hill
and you go down its sides
i catch you essenceÂ
in a quiver of leale
in a prodigy dâalbaÂ
made love.
4.
Shadows stars on the wall
Empty is this room and wretched
A watering of thirsty meadows
And seas of broom
Powdered in blue.
Framed, the moon smiles
In the garden: a jewel lamp
Hanging from the branches
Of the cherry tree.
5.
Tell me
When you fell aspleep on my breast
And the sun was settingÂ
on the cushions
i held in them the last ray
and filled that weeping
which did not closeÂ
the doors of hope
 6.
Talk me again
Between gentle storm
Lost in the silver of sands
The season in the river of night
Humbles us.
If distances did not exceed memories
I hold youÂ
in long blinks of eyelashes
to the sweet warmth
of evey pearl.
7.
Now my verse lies down.
On the carpet
Reason and madness
Sublimate every absence
Circumscribed in the depth of history
If revenge shatters writing
It rains dances of light
Universes of silence
The rain paints our faces
A kiss of shadowÂ
Fill our abisses.
8.
Shadows we are
Beating the clock
The throb of dawn
The river the sky.
Oh stars! burning on my breast!
Gone days are coming
Tormented, yet full of you.
OH, to die like the sea!-
9.
Listen to the hymn of silence
Shattered by a childâs cry
Trembling of the night
Which thirts for justiceÂ
on the page
the light of darkness
on the half closed flowers
to the caressed graceÂ
of the grass. Listen to
the unspoken words
grain of memory already
poured into the blood like stars.
The moon embroiders circes in the sky
They âve got the color of your love
The emerald of the mossÂ
That glistens on the trunks ;
they have the flood of the rivers.
At night, listen
hidden in her dreams
that garments of heaven get free
on your chained body
between angel veilsÂ
and heavy eyelashes.
 10.
 I feel youâll come back
Thoughtful word of death
Lukewarm shells and seaweed
Beyond the light
Vaporous flooding the dunes.
We, children of love
Among corals of storm
And amphorae of lightÂ
In serene dance
 in the heart of martyrdom-
Mani che sfiorano-pag.39
Hands that touch
Faces of innocence
Restoring colors
To the autumn pale
Life looks winter
In damp rainshot
No veils of mist
Shining in the sun
Like the lisso, the words.
Childrenâs choirÂ
on a green Island.
11.
The soul is a book
Quivering perfection
Beyond writing
At the top of the staff
The strong beauty
Investigator,
and no weeping is there
drowing her
nor learned joyÂ
that the evil
forgets the sorrow.
 12.
Flowery on the page
In the snowy whiteness of silence
Listen to the voice of divine
The Spirit Embraces the word
Only love
You feel on your lips
And in your arms cradles
-aelian poetess-
On the vocal wave of the muse
The pain of the world
And his immense joy
13.
Scars of Seasons
Drinking goblets of flowers
And oxymoronsÂ
away from deceptions
rain caresses
and rivulets of rage
in physical gesture
they invent the timeÂ
of the last light
The wind that penetrates the blood
Ward off desert of fear
And makes the down rise endlessly
From the verse that slipsÂ
From Homerâs heart.
